NEEDFL mat APS (Prevention of soil draw-out sheet for river bank protection)
A fiber layer is formed by randomly arranging chemically synthesized fibers with excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance.Furthermore, by needle punching, each fiber is intertwined and bonded three-dimensionally, resulting in a nonwoven fabric for civil engineering that has excellent strength and elasticity.
Features
- Due to its high tensile strength and elongation rate, it does not break easily even when loaded with heavy objects.
- Because it has elasticity and excellent cushioning function, it will not break easily even when impacted by blocks, crushed stones, etc.
- Because it is flexible, it easily adheres to the construction ground and is excellent for prevention of soil draw-out and scouring of river banks.
- Made of synthetic fiber, it has excellent chemical resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be used for a long time.
- Because the fibers are layered three-dimensionally, it has excellent water permeability and exhibits excellent drainage, sediment separation, and filter effects.
Uses
- Prevention of soil draw-out and scouring prevention of river revetments, embankments, and riverbeds
- Filter material for Hojiri drain work
- Other civil engineering construction work
